- Outlook must be installed in Corporate/Workgroup mode. Please verify Outlook's configuration by clicking on the Tools menu, selecting Options, and clicking the Mail Services tab.
- CorporateTime Server 5.0 must be installed and running. CorporateTime Server 5.1 is needed to take advantage of the full feature set of CTOC 3.0.
- An IMAP4 e-mail server must be installed and running.
- Verify server passwords and accessibility by connecting a CorporateTime client to CorporateTime Server and a mail application to the IMAP4 server.
- Off-line folders will be reinitialized when CTOC is installed. Upload off-line folders before upgrading CTOC.

- We recommended that you exit all Windows applications before installing CorporateTime Outlook Connector.
- Double-click the Setupex.exe file, then follow the on screen installation instructions.

setupex -s -cfg C:/Winnt/ctoc.iniWhen the installation is complete, a log file (ocsetup.log) will be created in the install target directory that states "Installation successful."
