Functionality
User interface
Reminders and notificationSecurity
- CorporateTime now offers the ability to configure a polite or secure level of login authentication. The polite level of authentication will show an error message if the information entered in the login box is incorrect. It will indicate which field contains the error, allowing the user to correct the information. The secure level does not indicate which field contains the incorrect information, thus providing a more secure environment. The administrator controls this behavior using the [LIMITS] secure-login parameter on the server. Accepted values for this parameter are:
TRUE (Display only that the credentials supplied are incorrect)
FALSE (Display more user-friendly error messages on incorrect sign-in)Functionality
- Access Rights can now be assigned to multiple users in one operation.
- Daily Notes and Day Events now support details and attachments.
- Open a Group View containing the agendas of the people invited to a particular Meeting by right-clicking on a Meeting and selecting Open Group View.
- The redesigned Event Editor lets you quickly create and edit events within a single dialog box. With this new organization, adding an additional date to your Meeting is now achieved with a single click. The Repeating Meeting dialog has also been redesigned to simplify the process of repeating meeting creation.
- All user preferences are now centralized and organized in a new Options dialog. Within this dialog, users can modify the defaults of all configurable preferences related to settings for their Agenda display, In-tray display, Entry defaults, Scheduling choices, off-line set up, wireless services, Address Book organization and a number of General preferences including date, time zone, and startup settings.
- Color printing is now available according to your specified Color Settings
- With the new on-line Address Book, you can now manage all your Address Book Entries from one location, and create categories to make your contact management easier than ever before.

- The redesigned toolbars, updated default color schemes and reorganized menus give CorporateTime a new look and feel.
- Customize Meeting colors according to any scheme, to fit your desktop or attitude.
