- Improved password control always lets you know when your on-line and off-line passwords are different and facilitates reconciling on-line and off-line data.
- Improve CorporateTime user file protection in environments where workstations are shared.
- Initial user preferences can now be configured by the system administrator. For more information, consult the Default User Preference Parameters document.

Limitations, caveats, and known problems with this release
- Writing to a device that is not ready (e.g. a drive with no disk inside) causes a Critical Error.
- Clicking List Dates on the Repeating tab of an Entry dialog box erases any date previously added using the Additional Date feature.
- When printing an Address Book Entry using F11 or File menu > Print Selected Entry, any Personal Notes and Notes are printed without carriage returns.
- CorporateTime may forget the file association of an Attachment on the Details tab.
- 5536: There is no limit on the amount of suggestions a user can enter in the Suggest Time/Date dialog box. It is not recommended that you choose more than 15.
- 7334: Row and column headings are not saved when you change from one Agenda page to another.
- 9424: Mnemonics in the New Meeting (Alt+I), General Preferences (Alt+A) and New Address Book (Alt+B and Alt+A) do not respond properly. It is recommended that you use your mouse to select your options.
- The list of attendees is not transferred when dragging and dropping Entries from one user's Agenda to another.
- When a user has two different Address Books with the same name (it is possible with the Retrieve Published Address Book operation) and attempts to backup these two Address Books, then the latest backup will overwrite the older one. To avoid this, rename one of the Address Books before the backup operation.
- 10495: If you attempt to publish or back up an Address Book with no Entries, the Publish dialog appears with the OK button disabled.
- 10507: When the single sign-in option is enabled and you launch CorporateTime, it takes slightly longer for the application to load.
- 10508 (Select another location dialog box): Choosing a mapped drive where you do not have write permission for a location may give you a service error. Your preferences file may also be affected during future sign-ins.
- 10615: When creating an Address Book Entry with custom dates scheduled later than June 18, 2000, the anniversary, custom date 1 and custom date 2 options may not appear on the right date.
- The Reconcile Password dialog box will not appear again if you initially choose not to synchronize your on-line and off-line passwords.
- If you change your on-line password, your off-line password is automatically modified. You will not be notified of the change.
- In the CorporateTime 4.1 User Guide, the 4.2 Appendix for Wireless Message Notification is inaccurate. For up-to-date information on configuring your mobile device for notification, refer to the on-line help included with the product.
Resolved bugs since last release
- 7050: The Display Conflict feature in Meeting dialog boxes does not work the first time it is used.
- 9375: The default date is tomorrow for a repeating Meeting created for today after 7 p.m.
- 9449: Contrary to the impression you might get in the Access Rights dialog box, remote users cannot view your Tasks.
- 9323: Users with Admin rights and no Public rights for groups might not be able to see Admin groups. Simply give the user Public Rights and click Refresh All to see the existing Admin groups.
- 9463: The message indicating a user does not have the scheduling rights to invite a user does not appear. The behaviour is correct.
- 10159: vCalendar entry details containing special characters will not be imported.
- 10162: When you create a Repeating Meeting that contains conflicts and you choose not to include Saturdays and Sundays, any dates suggested will contain dates falling on Saturdays and Sundays.
- 9936: The error message for a failed download in the Web Link section may not appear.
- 9483: Certain repeating dates may not generate properly.
