System requirements
- Macintosh Power PC

- RAM: minimum 10 MB
- 7 MB hard disk space
- CorporateTime Server 4.0 or greater or Lexacom Enterprise Calendar Server 5.1 or greater

New features added since CorporateTime 5.0
- The Group View now allows you to view the schedules of people and resources for whom you do not have booking rights. It is also possible to include or exclude group members from the combined view.
- With the enhanced Connection Editor, you can edit your connections through a master node or a calendar domain server.
- Use the In-tray on startup preferences to choose when you would like your In-tray to be displayed.
- Hold or discard your messages with the new wireless settings available in CorporateTime 5.1. You can receive notification of changes to your Entries and have your messages delivered during the time slot of your choice.
- Users can choose to disable the Address Book. Those working on a shared machine or in environments in which password changes are made from other applications will find this especially helpful. For more information, consult the Server Parameters document.
New features added since CorporateTime 4.2
New features added since CorporateTime 4.1
Limitations, caveats and known problems in this release
- When downloading using CorporateTime 3.4.2 with CorporateTime Server 5.0 or later, your off-line password will be changed to an empty password. When migrating from CorporateTime 3.4.2 to CorporateTime 5.1, you will be asked for your off-line password.
- In order to have the complete CorporateTime 5.1 feature set, you must use CorporateTime Server 5.0 with the Enhancement Pack 1 or CorporateTime Server 5.1 after you have migrated the off-line files.
- When migrating to CorporateTime 5.1 from an earlier version, you must change your off-line file location using Options | Off-line | Location or, if you have never before changed your off-line path, you must manually move the off-line files within the newly-installed CorporateTime 5.1. You can use the older client to change the location of the off-line files to a neutral spot such as a folder on your main hard drive. You can then use CorporateTime 5.1.
- If Saturday and Sunday are displayed in the weekly view of your Agenda preferences and you chose to deselect them, they will still be displayed. You must close and then reopen your Agenda or change views in order for the change to take effect.
- The Address Book settings will not be saved when you change them to display other information.
- If you change time zones and create a repeating daily note, two instances of the note might appear for a single day in the list box. Once the event is created, the daily note will be displayed properly. (#1161)
- When in the Group View, if you exclude a person by unchecking his box and then reselect the box to include him again, meetings that the person has declined will be displayed as busy times in the combined column. Suggested workaround: Select Refresh All from the View menu or change the view. (#1166)
- If you use Mac OS X in conjunction with another Mac OS, the HTML help system may not always display properly.
- If you create a Meeting and choose to send a mail message to a non-CorporateTime user, an error message may appear. (#1835)
- If you have created a Repeating Meeting and you choose to delete your list of dates, all information about the Meeting except for title and details (location, participants, linked tasks) is lost. Suggested workaround: Create, edit or modify your list of dates before you add a location, task or list of participants. (#8414)
- When you import or export a vCalendar file, some of the entry details may be missing. (#12404)
- Some special characters, such as accents, are not transferred properly when moving an Address Book from a PC to a Macintosh. (#12543)
- When doing a directory search, first or last names that contain a space must be entered using "^" to replace the space. (#13310)
Resolved limitations since last release
- In CorporateTime 5.0 for Macintosh, day events and daily notes created using the toolbar sometimes shifted to the incorrect day if you changed from one time zone to another. This problem has been fixed in CorporateTime 5.1. Events created after you migrate to CorporateTime 5.1 for Macintosh will not longer have this problem, and the majority of events created before the migration will also be corrected. Those created by double-clicking on the daily notes and day events pane continue to display properly.
- If you have set a time range and are invited to a meeting that starts at the end of that range, the meeting will not appear in printouts. (#1040)
- The application may terminate when you are updating from CorporateTime 3.4 to CorporateTime 5.1. (#1098)
- If a remote user's agenda has an event whose details exceed a certain length and you open that agenda, the application will close. (#1152)
