Thank you for choosing Wireless Data Server. This file contains installation instructions only. Please see the release notes for supported platforms, system requirements, a list of included features and a description of known problems. Please see the Wireless Data Server Administrator's Guide for information about configuring, administering and maintaining your calendar server and the Wireless Data Server User's Guide for information on using this product.
Please be aware that you must also download and install the Wireless Data Server core, available on the Steltor web site.

Installing
smsnotify
- Create an
smsdirectory on the same level as your calendar server installation directory. This directory is referred to hereafter as <smsdir>.- Extract the contents of the
smsnotifypackage to <smsdir>.- If your calendar server runs on a Solaris platform, add <smsdir> to the
LD_LIBRARY_PATHvariable. Ensure that theLD_LIBRARY_PATHvariable also contains your calendar server installation directory.- If your calendar server runs on an HP-UX platform, add <smsdir> to the
SHLIB_PATHvariable. Ensure that theSHLIB_PATHvariable also contains your calendar server installation directory.
Configuring your calendar server
- Stop the calendar server.
- Modify the following values in your calendar server's
unison.inifile:- Restart the calendar server.
