Steltor End-User Software License for CAPI Software

Steltor CAPI software (the "Software") and its related documentation, is a
proprietary product of Steltor Inc. ("Steltor") and is protected by copyright 
laws and international treaty.  Use and copying of the Software is subject to 
this License Agreement ("License").  Any other use is prohibited.  Ownership 
and title to the Software and its source code shall remain at all times with 
Steltor or its licensors.  The Software is a collection of "C" language function
calls that provide basic calendaring functionality through Steltor's calendar 
server software.  The Software permits you to make modifications and derivative 
works to Steltor's calendaring software.

Steltor hereby grants you a license to make and use as many copies of the
Software as you wish provided you comply with the restrictions of this License.
This License contains all the provisions that legally bind you and Steltor to
the use of the Software.  By accessing and installing the Software, you indicate
your acceptance of this License.

You may use the Software provided you abide by the terms of this License.  This
license enables you to install and to use the Software, provided you have 
previously licensed Steltor's calendaring software and remain in good standing 
under your license agreement with Steltor.  You may use the Software solely to 
make modifications and derivative works of other Steltor calendaring software 
under license to you (the "Derivative Works").  You may use the Derivative Works
you create on a royalty free basis provided that the Derivative Works are used 
only for your internal business purposes.  You may not re-sell, rent, lease, 
sublicense, assign or transfer either the Software or the Derivative Works, or 
any rights to use any of the foregoing, either in whole or in part, to any third
party, for any reason whatsoever.  

You are solely responsible for the use of the Derivative Works.  In no event 
shall Steltor or any of its licensors be liable for the Derivative Works or the 
corruption of Steltor software products and systems that are related to the use 
of the Software.

Each and every copy of the Software that you install on a computer shall contain
this License as well as the same copyright, trademark and other notices which
appear on the version of the Software you originally received from Steltor.

You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, or make
any other attempts to derive its source code.

You will take all reasonable steps to protect Steltor's confidentiality and
trade secrets in the Software.  This means that if you have employees and agents
under your control, you will not permit them to breach this License.

The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, express or
implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a
particular purpose and warranties of merchantibility.  Steltor specifically
denies any implied or express representation that: (i) the Software will fit
your needs or requirements; (ii) the Software will operate uninterrupted or
error free; or (iii) Steltor can have all program defects corrected.

In no event shall Steltor or any of its licensors be liable to you for any
special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages in any way
ensuing out of, or relating to this License or the Software or any subsequent
modifications to the Software.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Steltor from and against any
claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise or result from the use
of the Derivative Works.

The License is effective from the date you first access or use of the Software.
You may terminate the License at any time by destroying the Software, together
with all copies in any form.

Steltor may terminate this License if you fail to comply with any of these terms
or conditions.  Upon termination of this License, you agree to destroy the
Software, together with all copies, modifications or portions, in any form.  You
must provide Steltor, at its request, written certification of such destruction.

If you do not agree to the terms of this License, promptly delete or remove the
Software from your computer and do not retain any copies.
